As I'm pretty sure most of you know, Julie Meadows was an adult actress of some note, to say the least, around the year 2000. She did a fair amount of work for Vivid, among other studios. In the mold of stars like Annette Haven, her scenes tended to be more geared towards couples, and not toward the more raunchy, hardcore variety. Although she is no longer active in adult videos - either acting or producing - she is not one of the ex-stars who have gone on to find God.
She gives Tanner a lot of leeway here; to explain her side of the famous on-set meltdown - among other things. More than anything, its just some real good, behind-the-scenes insight between two porn actresses. You get the impression Tanner really trusts Julie.
I liked Julie as a pornstar. She was a blonde cutie with a hot, natural body. Although she's not in the Kink Williams Top 100, she had that girl-next-door quality that you just love in a starlet - the fantasy of fucking the high school majorette!

Kind of a bummer, because Julie (now known as Lydia Lee had a neutral, level headed view of all things porn, as well as the added bonus of being a former star.
